Possibly Unique Huge Colin Pearson Winged Vase. This may be an early trial piece but nonetheless it’s stunning and typical of the artists work. 48cms wide and 25 cms high. Colin Pearson was one of the most creatively inventive potters in post-war Britain. Trained at Goldsmiths’ College and Winchcombe Pottery under Ray Finch, Pearson ran a pottery workshop at Aylesford. This is a stoneware bud vase with the pottery seal to the base.
