Authentic Doulton Lameth studio art nouveau stoneware vase. Tall and elegant Royal Doulton Lambeth studio vase, coloured blue and green with applied stylised art nouveau beaded decoration, circa 1906 height 40cm. Marion Holbrook was active at the Doulton Lambeth factory from the late 1880s through the early 1920s. “X” prefix was used specifically by the Lambeth studio to designate decorative, hand-finished ornamental stoneware patterns and series numbers around the 6400s were designed by the factory artists between 1905 and 1907. A wonderful piece of studio pottery. I have not researched this piece. There is a teeny tiny nibble on the rim. And some crazing on the inside at the bottom. It measures 16.5cm (6.5 inches) high. The rim measures 19cm (7.5 inches) across. Please take a look at all the photos, they are part of the description. I will wrap and package it with great care. Thank you for your understanding.
