A beautiful and characterful signed ceramic poodle by Dorothy Clough, one of those pieces that manages to be both decorative and quietly expressive. Modelled in a poised seated stance, the poodle lifts her head with gentle confidence, adorned with a pearl-style collar and medallion. The glaze is a soft powder blue, scattered with delicate floral dotting, giving the piece lightness and charm without fuss.
