Striking Danish Mid Century Modern Art Studio Pottery Vase by Axel Bruel in a sort of beige/light yellow/pistachio green colour with recurring pattern. Hand made, so has a few underglaze marks and colour variations and looks like it may have been made in two parts and joined, but can’t confirm that. Measures approximately 10 inches height. This is a beautifully crafted piece of mid century pottery from a very highly regarded Danish studio. It is clearly stamped Soholm Bornholm Denmark Stentoj 3227 and Handmade on the base and is in perfect condition. It still has the original shop sticker on the side of it. This is quite a rare piece of 1960s top quality and desirable art pottery vase.
