Standing at an impressive 19 inches (48 cm) tall with a 27 (69 cm) circumference, it features a bold hand-painted abstract fish design in vibrant reds, blues, oranges, and greens – a classic example of 1970s Italian modernist style. Beautiful stylised fish vase in a lovely blue ground with a glossy glaze inside and out. The vase has incised holes around the rim so you can actually see the fish inside the rim, wonderfully detailed inside and out this is a really stunning piece. Scrafito marks to outside with a big R. Cockram signature and applied embossed RJC stamp as well as a four leaf clover. Perfect condition – no flaws or restoration it dings like a bell when finger flicked.

Beautiful Large Poole Pottery Studio Fish Vase designed by Sally Tuffin in very good condition with no chips or cracks. Around 23cms high by 13.5cms width. Poole Pottery also produced a smaller version of this vase at 20cms. Impressed Poole Pottery stamp underneath with Sally Tuffin’s initials (designer) and Nicki Massarella’s initials (paintress) made around 1999/2000.
