Vintage Ceramica Varadera Cuba Hand Sculpture Studio Pottery Vase Signed Manuel. Rare and interesting studio pottery vase hand decorated with freehand artist Cuban illustration. The renowned artist “Manuel” Manuel in his creative role as a painter and ceramist, while maintaining his weekly collaboration as a cartoonist in the provincial newspaper Girón, from his native Matanzas. Among the many awards obtained by Manuel, considered one of the hundred best cartoonists in the world in the 20th century, is precisely the Grand Prize of the third edition of the International Biennial of Humor of San Antonio de los Baños, with a series of cartoons captured on ceramic plates using the majolica technique.
