Signed studio pottery vessel by renowned British potter Adrian Lewis-Evans. Handcrafted in Dorset, England, this unique stoneware piece features a rounded form with decorative pierced lugs, an earthy speckled clay body, and a rich brown glazed upper section. The base is impressed “DORSET ENGLAND” and includes the artist’s maker’s mark and characteristic incised X. Measures approximately 5 inches high × 5 inches wide (12.7 × 12.7 × 12.7 cm). Condition: Excellent vintage condition with no chips, cracks, or repairs noted. Please review all photographs carefully as they form part of the description.

Rare early piece by Glenn Lewis made while he was an apprentice to Bill Marshall at the Leach Pottery in the early 1960s. Fully marked with his personal mark and the Leach mark. Small glaze loss and signs of aging.
