Beautiful vintage studio pottery bowl and small matching post vase. Has the impressed mark and seal mark for Martin Silber of Harpenden. I can find very little online regarding this maker although his obituary notice was in a studio pottery magazine/newsletter in 1994. Very stylish pink and white body with bronzed base and rim. Very much in the style of Lucie Rie. It is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks or crazing. The bowl sings when rubbed around the rim. The bowl measures 8.25″ in diameter and 3″ tall. The vase is 6 tall.
