Takeshi Yasuda Studio Pottery creamware squirrel tail milk jug Signed with a label including the number TY 1330. The paper label with the red character on it was used post 1985 until 1999. The milk jug is decorated in a pale yellow’crackle glaze. The milk jug is free from any post production chips, cracks or repairs but there are some fissures in the clay where it is bent over at the base of the’squirrel tail’ which I have photographed and was obviously caused during the jug’s production maybe during the firing process. Stands 14 cm tall & 8 cm rim diameter at its widest point. Thank you for looking at my items which will be updated regularly.

Not one of Svend’s huge monumental pieces but a functional sized milk jug. It’s Stands 15 cm in height and approximately 12 cm around its widest point. It has glaze around the rim of the jug which also runs down one of the sides. Woodfired and salt glazed (as is the normality with Svend’s work). Svend was one of the five’gnarly dudes’. Svend has now retired from potting and spends his time building kilns for other Potters. The jug is in good order without any chips, cracks or repairs.
