This is an authentic hand-blown studio art glass vase crafted by British artist Siddy Langley, dated 2001. The vase has a small bulbous body that tapers up into a long, slender flared neck. The top half and neck feature a highly reflective metallic gold and blue-green iridescent lustre finish. The bottom half is decorated with horizontal swirling bands of cobalt blue and white over a pale aqua glass body. The bottom edge of the vase is hand-signed and dated by the artist, reading as Siddy Langley 2001. The base is designed with a stable, curved outer edge that allows it to stand securely. The center of the base features a recessed, unpolished pontil mark from the glassmaking process. Condition This is a pre-owned vintage item in excellent condition.
