A beautiful vintage studio pottery decorative plate featuring a hand-painted blue swirl design on a pale blue crackle glaze. The plate has a rustic, handcrafted appearance with an unglazed foot ring and attractive age-related crazing, making it an ideal display piece for collectors of studio pottery. This is an authentic hand-blown studio art glass vase crafted by British artist Siddy Langley, dated 2001. The vase has a small bulbous body that tapers up into a long, slender flared neck. The top half and neck feature a highly reflective metallic gold and blue-green iridescent lustre finish. The bottom half is decorated with horizontal swirling bands of cobalt blue and white over a pale aqua glass body. The bottom edge of the vase is hand-signed and dated by the artist, reading as Siddy Langley 2001. The base is designed with a stable, curved outer edge that allows it to stand securely. The center of the base features a recessed, unpolished pontil mark from the glassmaking process. Condition This is a pre-owned vintage item in excellent condition. There are no visible chips, cracks, or deep scratches on the glass. The top rim is smooth and intact, and the indented base is clean and stable. Please inspect the photos to see the exact cosmetic condition and the details of the pattern.

A stunning studio pottery bowl, made by David White, probably in the 1980s. Cream with a salmon pink trim and foot, it is decorated with his distinctive crackle glaze. In good general condition, however there is a tiny crack to the glaze along the rim and also an imperfection to the glaze inside the bowl. I have tried to show the details in the last 2 photos but they really are almost imperceptible. I have priced accordingly. 20cm in diameter and 14cm tall.
