On offer is a relatively early example of Rose Cabat’s Feelie Pottery. The piece is large, at 5″ in height and 3 1/2″ across. The glaze is a rich mustard yellow with some variation from top to bottom. The underside is marked Cabat. The vessel is in excellent condition. The top rim has sustained two tiny nicks. There are no other chips, cracks or other problems to note. A rare and fine work from one of America’s greatest ceramic artists.
