Betty Blandino Oxford Handbuilt Ceramic Bowl Studio Art Pottery
She specialised in coiled thin walled vessel forms in stoneware. This is a superb example of her work. The bowl is 10 cms high and 12 cms in diameter at the waste. In excellent condition no chips or cracks. There are glaze misses at the bottom, one extending 5 cms up in a V shape. Impressed personal mark which is very feint and difficult to see with the naked eye. I have photographed it under a very strong light, and it can be clearly seen in Photos 2 and 12.
