Janet Leach for Leach pottery St Ives. Footed bowl by Janet Leach decorated with different coloured glazes via a ladle in the style taught to her by Shoji Hamada. Janet was the first woman from the west allowed to study at the Mashiko pottery run by Shoji Hamada. The bowl is in good condition with no cracks, chips or repairs.
