Studio Pottery Large Pot Bowl with an Ancient/Aged Cracked & Distressed Design
Studio Pottery Distressed Pot or Vase. This is a large studio pottery vase designed to replicate an ancient pot, bowl or other vessel with a cracked and distressed look. The vase comes with a separate srtand and measures approximately 39cm (15.25″) in diameter across the top, 11cm (4.25″) in diameter across the stand and 29cm (11.5) in overall height including the stand. The vase and stand are both in good overall condition and appear to be generally intact. There are a few hairline cracks to the vase emanating out from the bases of the larger cracks/missing pieces to the sides as shown in the close up photos however due to the style of the vase it is hard to tell if these are deliberate or have occurred more recently. Despite these the vase does appear to still be structurally sound at present and would display well but is probably not suitable for use as a vase, planter or similar.
