Arequipa Art Pottery Vase matte Blue glaze circa 1915 Vtg Antique Marin CA
Antique Arequipa Art Pottery vase finished in a mix of light and darker blue matte glazes. The dealer believes this to be circa 1915. The impressed stamp for the pottery is on the base of the vase and appears to also have the numbers “8 0 9″ beneath the logo. Condition: In very good condition. No cracks or hairlines. There does appear to be some light glaze loss maybe a top layer? In some areas (but still glaze beneath). Also some glaze discoloration here and there. Measurements: H – 5 7/8″, Widest point – 5 1/8″, Opening – 2 1/2″ and the base – 3 1/2″.
